Orlando Photography Studio ~ The “Official” Open House

Open House at the new studio……Carnival Style!!!! We have been working hard on renovating two historic train cars in our hometown of Oviedo, Florida, into a beautiful gallery and office as well as a full functioning studio space. So what better way to show it off than have a big old party to “officially” open the doors to our new train car studio. We were happy to see over 100 clients, other wedding vendors, business partners, friends and neighbors show up to help celebrate our new digs. The mayor of Oviedo, and several city council members, even stopped by to check it out and help with the ribbon cutting ceremony. We are so thankful to everybody that helped make the event the talk of the town. This studio is truly a work of art in itself and Cristy and I are excited to share it with the world. Wow, it’s been a CRAZY busy holiday season! We have slacked on our blogging in order to keep up with the holiday orders and sessions and truly apologize for the lack of attention to the blog!! Orlando Portrait Photographer ~ They grow so fast!!

This is the son of my dear friend and neighbor Lesa. I’ve seen him grow and change over the years and it always blows my mind how fast kids grow up and turn into little adults! Even in a year he has changed so much. He rarely gets in front of my camera, you know boys just aren’t “cool” with that at this age. Tonight he was dressed up so his mama asked me to take a few and he obliged, much to his dismay…lol. This was all of 5 minutes outside of our house, but I liked what I got. It’s very “him” at this age. Of course laughing and smiling at his mom, and then a friend drove by, ahhh the embarassment of getting caught doing a “photo shoot”.

Lesa, Gage is growing into quite the young man. He’s kind, he’s generous and such a good kid. You’ve done well my friend, I love you! [[Show as slideshow]]

Orlando Portrait Photographer ~ Update on holiday sessions!!!

Our holiday portrait season is approaching fast and we are filling up our fall schedule! If you plan on having us do your family portraits this year for your holiday cards please contact us as soon as possible to book your session. Between out of town weddings, and a few trips out of state, September and October weekends are already almost fully booked, and weekday sessions are going fast! As always our premier holiday sessions include 25 5×8 photo cards. Our order deadline for guaranteed holiday delivery is November 15th. There will be no exceptions and be aware that we are taking the last week of November and first week of December off to travel to an out of town wedding and enjoy some family time! If you are wanting a simple session our “mini” sessions will take place on October 10th, for ONE day only so please contact us now to inquire and to book your preferred time slot. The session fee for a mini session is half of the normal premier rate and includes a half hour of shooting time, and a complimentary digital file of your choice for your holiday cards. These sessions are only offered once a year so act fast to secure your spot! We can be reached at 407-619-1359.

Rebecca’s College Graduation Session

Rebecca is a friend of our fabulous hair stylist and friend Kelli. She contacted us back in September about doing a college graduation shoot for her graduation anouncements. We did her shoot the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Rollins College in Winter Park. Rebecca will be graduating from Rollins in May then going on to law school! Caiti’s Senior Session!!
